Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blackberries and pour the mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
