  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)
  • ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
  • ½ cup salsa (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey or chicken until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, ensuring it is well covered but not overly saturated.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce, then add fresh vegetables on top. Add jalapeños if desired for extra heat.
