  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional, about 30g)

Instructions

  2. Toss sweet potato cubes in olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
