- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.

- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
