  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
