- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the onions and bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced sausage; cook until sausage is browned.
- Stir in shrimp; cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Cajun seasoning and chicken broth; simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
