- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz (340g) spaghetti pasta
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until golden brown (3-5 minutes).
- Increase heat slightly and add ground beef; cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in grated carrot, mixing well.
- Add canned tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Serve spaghetti topped with the bolognese sauce and garnish as desired.
