Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- Spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the cooled crust.
- Spoon marshmallow fluff on top of the ice cream and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the marshmallow layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
