  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped jalapeños (seeds removed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
