- 1/2 cup freshly chopped jalapeños (seeds removed)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup on top for glazing.
- Bake for 60–75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest briefly before drizzling with ranch dressing and garnishing with parsley.
