Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice bell peppers into strips, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil. Add whole sausages and brown on all sides until golden.
  3. Remove cooked sausages from the skillet. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  5. Slice sausages into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet with vegetables. Cook together for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot over pasta or stuffed into bread rolls.
