- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced

Instructions
- Slice bell peppers into strips, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil. Add whole sausages and brown on all sides until golden.
- Remove cooked sausages from the skillet. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for about one minute until fragrant.
- Slice sausages into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet with vegetables. Cook together for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot over pasta or stuffed into bread rolls.
