- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Wash and chop strawberries, removing stems.
- Blend strawberries, basil, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Optionally strain the mixture to remove seeds and basil bits for a smoother texture.
- Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks into molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly before enjoying.
Notes
- For variety, substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for extra tanginess.
