Description

Indulge in this refreshing Peach Raspberry Smoothie, a delightful blend of ripe peaches and tart raspberries that’s perfect for breakfast or as a revitalizing snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches and raspberries thoroughly. Slice the peaches and remove the pit.
  2. In a blender, combine sliced peaches, fresh raspberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or raspberries.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra peach slices or raspberries if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, use frozen fruits instead of fresh.
  •  To make it dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with almond or coconut yogurt.
  •  Add spinach for an extra nutrient boost without altering the flavor significantly
