Ingredients

  • 810 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Iced water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Rinse blackberries under cold water and set aside some mint leaves for garnish.
  2. In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add lime juice and simple syrup; stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour in sparkling water and stir carefully to maintain bubbles.
  5. Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes, then strain the mixture over the ice.
