- 8–10 fresh mint leaves

- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Iced water (as needed)
Instructions
- Rinse blackberries under cold water and set aside some mint leaves for garnish.
- In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves until fragrant.
- Add lime juice and simple syrup; stir gently to combine.
- Pour in sparkling water and stir carefully to maintain bubbles.
- Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes, then strain the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and whole blackberries. Serve immediately.
