Instructions

- In another bowl, mix milk, oil, and eggs until smooth. Gradually combine with the dry ingredients while stirring gently.
- Fold in the bran cereal and raisins until just mixed.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
