Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
