Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, chopped nuts, and dried fruit; stir until well combined.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
