Instructions

- Fold in dark chocolate chips and any optional dried fruits or nuts evenly throughout the mixture.
- Using your hands, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
