Description

Savor the sweet, smoky flavors of grilled corn on the cob—an easy and delightful summer staple that elevates any barbecue!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Peel back husks of corn without removing them completely; remove silk strands. Soak in water for 10 minutes if desired.
  3. Place prepared corn directly on grill grates. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from grill and slather with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. For added flavor, drizzle lime juice or sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Experiment with toppings like chili powder or flavored butter for a twist.
  •  Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days; reheat wrapped in foil on the grill or in the oven at 350°F.
