Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
- Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and rub them generously with olive oil.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness (130°F internal temperature).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
- Slice against the grain into thick pieces and serve warm.
