Description

Treat Dad to a succulent grilled ribeye steak this Father’s Day. Perfectly seasoned and seared, it’s sure to be the highlight of your celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick, approximately 12 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
  2. Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and rub them generously with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness (130°F internal temperature).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  6. Slice against the grain into thick pieces and serve warm.

Notes

  • Experiment with seasonings like smoked paprika or brown sugar for added flavor.
  •  Allow steaks to come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking.
