- 8 oz wide rice or egg noodles
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Slice flank steak thinly against the grain. Mince garlic and ginger; prepare green onions for garnish.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook flank steak in batches until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; pour over the sautéed aromatics.
- Add cooked noodles and green onions to the skillet. Toss everything together until well-coated with sauce and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
