  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
