- 2 ripe mangoes, diced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the mango salsa: In another bowl, combine diced mangoes, red onion, cilantro (if using), and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
- 3. Preheat grill: Heat the grill to medium-high (375°F/190°C).
- 4. Grill the chicken: Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 5. Add salsa: Remove chicken from grill and top with mango salsa before serving.
