Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon (3 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
