- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon (3 tbsp)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
