Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place cod fillets in the center of the dish and surround them with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish. Season with minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
