Description

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and brush generously with the marinade.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
