- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter and kunafa dough in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Press small portions of the dough into muffin tins to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Stir until thickened.
- Once the kunafa cups have cooled slightly, fill each with the cream mixture.
- Top with chopped pistachios and serve immediately or chill.
