  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter and kunafa dough in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Press small portions of the dough into muffin tins to form cups.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Stir until thickened.
  6. Once the kunafa cups have cooled slightly, fill each with the cream mixture.
  7. Top with chopped pistachios and serve immediately or chill.
