- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta or rice for serving (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop the beef, dice the onions, slice the bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
- 2. Sauté aromatics: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions; sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic for another minute.
