  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and crushed garlic until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
  5. Place two tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle, fold over edges, and seal.
  6. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
