Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, chili flakes, and honey until well combined.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares (4×4 inches) and place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the squares into triangles or roll them up tightly, sealing edges by pinching gently.
- Brush each roll with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
