Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, chili flakes, and honey until well combined.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into squares (4×4 inches) and place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the squares into triangles or roll them up tightly, sealing edges by pinching gently.
  6. Brush each roll with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
