Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken in boiling water until no longer pink (15-20 minutes). Once cooled, shred the chicken.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Let cool slightly before serving.
