- 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken in boiling water until no longer pink (15-20 minutes). Once cooled, shred the chicken.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, mix in diced celery or use pepper jack cheese for extra spice.
- To keep warm during parties, serve in a slow cooker.
