- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and honey. Gently fold in diced peaches.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
- For frosting, whip cream cheese with honey until smooth and spread over cooled cupcakes.
Notes
