Instructions
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the seared chicken in the skillet and allow it to simmer gently for around 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh herbs over the top before serving.
