Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • ½ cup seeds (flaxseeds or chia seeds)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and dried fruits.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil over the mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.

Notes

  • Experiment with different nuts, seeds, and spices for unique flavors.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
  •  If granola loses its crunch, re-bake briefly at 350°F (175°C) for crispiness.
