- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and dried fruits.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil over the mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
