  • 1 lb fresh wild-caught salmon fillet

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and dill.
  4. Center the seasoned salmon on the soaked cedar plank.
  5. Grill the cedar plank for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
