- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Tzatziki sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into uniform balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 70°C).
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
