Description

Garlic Rosemary Steak Tips are a savory delight, featuring tender pieces of beef infused with aromatic garlic and fresh rosemary. Perfect for any occasion, these flavorful bites will impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak tips
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak tips to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) or heat a heavy skillet over medium-high on the stovetop.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and shake off excess liquid. Cook on the grill or in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Let the steak tips rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider substituting rosemary with thyme or adding chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  •  Use a meat thermometer to check doneness; aim for 135°F for medium-rare.
