Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into sticks about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Soak the potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and thoroughly dry the soaked potato sticks with a kitchen towel.
