Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced peaches with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Toss until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
