Instructions

- Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and whisk in sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
