- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss until well-coated; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).
