Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. 2. Sauté garlic and red pepper: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
