- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Sauté garlic and shrimp: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add shrimp and seasonings: Toss in shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Combine with pasta: Add drained pasta to the skillet with shrimp. Pour in fresh lemon juice and toss everything together gently.
- 5. Add parsley and serve: Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve immediately with an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
