  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and instant yeast. Add warmed milk and eggs; gently fold until combined.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Gradually add softened butter, kneading until fully integrated.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
  4. While the dough rises, mash raspberries with a little sugar until chunky; set aside.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread the raspberry filling evenly over the dough and roll tightly into a log.
  6. Place the rolled dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise again until nearly doubled (about 30 minutes).
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and hollow when tapped. Let cool before slicing.
