  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Massage the spices into the chicken.
