- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup salsa (pico de gallo recommended)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry.
- Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any additional spices. Let sit while you prepare other ingredients.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily.
- Warm tortillas on a skillet or grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage with lime juice and salt to make slaw.
- Flake the cooked fish using two forks and assemble tacos by layering tortillas with fish, slaw, avocado, salsa, and cilantro.
