  • Spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic and chop parsley.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
  4. Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add reserved pasta water gradually to reach desired consistency.
  5. Combine drained pasta and sautéed chicken in the skillet. Pour creamy sauce over the top while tossing gently on low heat (about 3 minutes).
  6. Serve immediately with chopped parsley and additional parmesan on top.
