- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Spaghetti or fettuccine
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic and chop parsley.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add reserved pasta water gradually to reach desired consistency.
- Combine drained pasta and sautéed chicken in the skillet. Pour creamy sauce over the top while tossing gently on low heat (about 3 minutes).
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley and additional parmesan on top.

- For added flavor, substitute chicken with pancetta or include vegetables like spinach.
