Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Chicken: Boil or slow-cook chicken breasts until fully cooked (about 20-30 minutes). Shred using two forks once cool.
- 2. Mix with Sauce: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- 3. Assemble Sliders: Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a platter. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture onto each bottom half.
