Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Grill the marinated beef slices in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned.
- In the last minute of cooking, add chopped green onions to the grill.
