Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and generously coat each with the Dijon mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
