Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 12 soft ladyfinger cookies
  • 3 tablespoons hot water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth; set aside to cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix mascarpone cheese and sugar in another bowl until creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Quickly dip ladyfingers in warm water and layer them in a dish.
  6. Spread half of the matcha mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining matcha mixture on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
