Instructions
- Wash and chop the bell peppers and slice the green onions.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in chopped bell peppers and green onions; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar; mix well and cook for another minute to combine flavors.
- Assemble wraps by spooning the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and topping with optional chopped nuts.
